Strategy & Proposal

Based on the audit and consultation, we develop a customized advertising strategy and written proposal. The proposal covers recommended channels, campaign structure, budget allocation, expected launch timeline, and our management fees — all clearly itemized. We separate our fees from ad spend so you always know what you're paying for.

We don't promise specific results in our proposals. We outline what we'll build, how we'll optimize it, and what benchmarks we'll use to evaluate progress — and we're honest about the variables we can't control.

Website Development (If Needed)

If your existing website or landing pages aren't ready for paid traffic — or if you need new advertorial content built for native campaigns — we handle development before any ads go live. Sending paid traffic to an unoptimized or non-compliant page is a fast way to waste budget.

Website and landing page builds run parallel to campaign setup when possible to minimize time to launch. We build with compliance requirements for your target platforms baked in from the start — not retrofitted afterward.

Ad Account Setup & Campaign Launch

We build and configure every campaign component from scratch — or audit and restructure your existing accounts. This includes campaign architecture, ad group/ad set structure, keyword or audience targeting, bidding strategy, conversion tracking, UTM parameters, and creative asset organization.

Campaigns are submitted for platform review and launched once approved. We monitor closely during the initial learning period — typically the first 2–6 weeks — and make data-informed adjustments as performance data accumulates.

Every month we review performance across all active campaigns, make bid and budget adjustments, rotate creative assets, refine targeting, and update landing pages as needed. Scaling is never automatic. We present data-backed scaling recommendations and let you make the final call on budget increases. We always flag that scaling increases spend before it increases returns — and that results don't scale linearly.
